  Nice on the phone, but not competent in their directions and follow up. Have spent hours trying to fix their mistakes and have wisely left their office to do so. Do not trust what they tell you on phone or promise to do, always check yourself and follow up yourself independently---not what I'm looking for from an Agent

  Absolute chaos, from start to finish. -Spent 3 hours in their office for a simple 2 car policy. (I paid in full for the 6 month period) -Was told they couldn't honor the online quote because I was a new customer so I wouldn't get the milage discount. - They lost part of my paper work. I resent the missing docs. -Was called weeks later only to be told they couldn't find the documents again. Once they relocated them, I was told everything would be taken care of only to receive an overdue bill from Statefarm some weeks later for coverage I declined in writing twice (premium increase). I called the office multiple times and was assured the mistake would be corrected. Later down the road I get a notice of cancellation from Statefarm for not receiving the amount for the coverage I had declined. I called Statefarm's customer service who then e-mailed the agents to help correct the mess. I also called the Titusville office leaving a message twice for them to contact me ASAP as well as an e-mail. over a week later I get a call at 7:09 pm from the Titusville agency (Cindy) that they needed me to pay for the mistake they made because the cancellation would result that same evening. Needless to say, there were no offers to make things right on their part. So much for saving money by switching insurance companies. I don't even want to think about the disaster they would create if I would actually need to file a claim. Absolutely unreliable, incompetent, and unprofessional office/staff/agency !!!
