  Avoid like the plague! My husband and I got married, I had been with State Farm, Robin Fisher as my agent, him with Allstate. I fought and fought to stay with State Farm because my Grandparents were with them for 50+ years and my parents for 30+ years. Begrudgenly my husband agreed to switch. Since joining them in April my bill has never been the same and each month I call it's always some excuse and answer to which I never fully understood. Well then in December my husband purchased a new car. When we called to switch the new information the receptionist told us your insurance was cancelled on October 15th, which was much to my surprise especially since I paid a full priced bill both November and December 1st of $186.00. When I asked who and how my insurance was cancelled and why if it was cancelled was I still being sent a bill and paying them, she replied the underwriter did it. Two days later Robin Fisher finally called me back. Yes it was a mistake, but they would not refund my money, because and I quote "well if you had been in an accident we probably would have covered you since this was our mistake"! Really! So I'm expected to pay for something I didn't have. Absolutely horrible service. There are tons of over places to go, even with State Farm, but I will never recommend Robin Fisher!

  I would not trust this insurance agent as far as I can throw him. Having loyalty to an insurance agent like this will only cost you money. We have over paid thousands of dollars of years, because we were over insured. This company wants to blame everyone else, like your mortgage company, but it is them that sets the amount of your coverage. Shame on you Robin Fischer and your employees! I thought (stupidly) that going with a home town person from our home town would provide us with protection,but it was just the opposite. BEWARE and check out what you are paying!

  What an egotistical, arrogant bully. He treats you - his client - just like he treats Brevard residents he has no time for = everyone unless they're paying him in cash or favors. I fired him. He continues to be the same...false to who he wants to impress. Never get behind a closed door with him alone.

  Lol what a joke! Quoted me 300+ a month for full coverage and uninsured... Went to Allen Duncan they ended up just adding uninsured to my policy and getting my payment down almost $100! We need to crash all of these insurance companies. They are a part of what is wrong with America.

  I have had insurance with Robin Fisher's State Farm since they opened many years ago. I have only positive things to say about Mr. Fisher and his entire office staff. Anytime I need anything I know I can pick up the phone and they are there to assist in whatever I need. They have always been friendly and efficient....some of what we don't get anymore in today's' business world.
