  DO NOT USE!!! TRY EXPRESS LEGAL IN MELBOURNE. I hired Trish because of an add in a local newspaper. My friend worked for that newspaper and recommended her-but she had never used her. My divorce documents were all a mess. She had my husband listed as the Petitioner--but I was the petitioner. Fortunately when I filed them the clerk caught it and I was able to line through his name and place mine there. The documents she used were totally generic and sloppy. I could have done better myself. There were problems because of certain required docs being left out which I had to find out from the law library clerk who was nice enough to look over my whole packet to help me. These were standard docs that should have come with the original packet. Because of one document that was missing I was stonewalled by the Judges offices for a couple months because they are not allowed to tell you what is missing. When I tried to contact Trish about questions/and or the errors, she would not talk to me by phone. Only communication was by text or email. She was downright RUDE to me. Insistent that she made no errors and that I didn't know how to read the docs, and/or that I wasn't clear on what I needed. Didn't want to fix anything or help me in any way. If you need help with a divorce please use EXPRESS LEGAL in Melbourne!!! I have used them for other court needs and NEVER had a problem!
